Please check the Planning Calendar before scheduling any events.  We are attempting to coordinate all Faith Church sponsored events, both on-site and off-site.

We require that all ministries and individuals fill out a building use request form.  Please fill out the Building Use Request form below.  Liz Smith will check for potential conflicts, approve the date and time and then pass it on to the Deacons for their approval.  Once the Deacons approve it (or not), you will be contacted by Liz.
