Spring Bible Studies
Fearless Moms. Fearless Mom exists to encourage every mom by providing tools and teaching to help moms enjoy life! No matter where you are in your mom journey, Fearless Mom is a judgment-free zone where you can connect with other moms and learn to be the mom God created you to be (fearlessmom.com). Meets Thursdays*, 9:15-11:00 am in the multi-purpose room.
Apples of Gold. Begins April 3 and ends May 8 at 7:00pm. This is a mentoring program that pairs Bible study with hospitality training and fellowship. This group will be limited to 6 people and will meet in Denise Nanneman’s home.
*Childcare is available for all Thursday Bible studies.
Moms in Prayer
Calling moms, grandmas, aunts…any woman desiring to pray for children and schools, whether public, private or home school, from preschool through college. Experience the joy of replacing anxiety with peace and hope when you pray scripturally and specifically for your child and their school with other moms. To find out more about Moms in Prayer, visit MomsInPrayer.org. Meets 7:00-7:45 pm every other Monday in the 2s and 3s classroom.
Women of any age and any skill level are welcome to quilt and fellowship with other women. Meets Tuesdays, 9:00 am-12:00 pm in room 5.
Anyone is welcome to join in the card-making fun. No matter your age or ability, there is something for everyone to teach and learn at our weekly meetings, Tuesdays, 7:00-9:00 pm at Sandy Peinado’s home.
Join us for a free workout, either Wednesday evenings, 5:15-6:00 or after the Thursday Bible studies, 11:15 am-12:00 pm, in the MPR. The classes will be led by women from Faith Church. Exercises will be modifiable, so all ages and ability levels are welcome. No equipment needed. Begins 1/11-12. Contact Kristi Wilcox or Becky McDonald if you have questions. *Childcare is provided during the Thursday class.
Book Club – New and Improved!
We meet at Mary Lujan’s home beginning January 21st from 7:30-9:30am, then every other month. A light breakfast will be served. Books will be chosen at the first meeting so bring the books you have always wanted to read so we can vote on them.
